Report: Pirates To Call Up Tyler Glasnow
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Fans have been clamoring for top prospect Tyler Glasnow to get called up and their wish might finally be coming true.
According to ESPN's Buster Olney, the Pirates will be calling him up this week.

Taking it even further, Olney even revealed the game Glasnow will be starting.
To clarify: Tyler Glasnow will start for the Pirates Thursday, Jon Niese Sunday.

The 22-year-old right-handed starter was having a great season at AAA putting up a 1.78 ERA through 96 innings while striking out 113 batters.
The one knock on Glasnow has been his control as he has walked 52 hitters.
Glasnow's first start will come against the Cardinals in a 1:45 p.m. game that you can hear on 93.7 The FAN.
