Pittsburgh Pirates Trade Catcher Jacob Stallings To Miami Marlins

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Pittsburgh Pirates have trading catcher Jacob Stallings to the Miami Marlins.

The team announced Monday that Stallings was traded for pitchers Zach Thompson and Kyle Nicolas and outfielder Connor Scott.

Stallings was drafted by the Pirates in 2012 and made his debut with the team in 2016. He won a Gold Glove last season.
