Report: Pa. Mom Passed Out After Snorting Heroin With Infant Son In Car

WINDSOR TWP. (KDKA) -- Police in York County say a woman admitted to snorting heroin before passing out in her running car.

The York Daily Record reports it happened in Windsor Township on Friday.

Victoria Ann Lau, 23, has been charged with endangering the welfare of children.

Her crying infant son was in the back of her car for about 20 minutes before medics arrived.

She was found unresponsive inside her running vehicle. Paramedics used naloxone to revive her.
