1 Dead, 5 Hurt In Washington Co. Crash

CALIFORNIA, Pa. (KDKA) -- One person was killed and five others were injured Saturday in a Washington County crash.

The crash happened just before 4 p.m. on Malden Road at East Malden Drive.

The California Borough Police Department says six people were flown to Pittsburgh area hospitals after the two-car crash.

One victim was pronounced dead at Allegheny General Hospital just before 7 p.m.

The Allegheny County medical examiner's officer later identified the victim as 26-year-old Angie Givens.

The conditions of the other five victims are unknown.
