Ramon Foster Pumped To Face The Bengals Again

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – Steelers OL Ramon Foster joined The Fan Morning Show in his regular weekly spot on Tuesday to talk about his team's upcoming AFC North showdown with the Bengals in Cincinnati.

Foster is stoked to get another shot at the Bengals after they handed the Steelers a 16-10 loss at Heinz Field earlier this season.

"I can't wait, man," Foster said. "I'm looking forward to it. I'm sure it's going to be a great environment, man. They're going to be talking crap. This is going to be a good game, us and Cincinnati. They have a good defense, our defense has come along, our offense is good. Let's come back with a win. That's our goal. I'm really focused in, as you can tell, on this game coming up."

Foster feels that everything is starting to come together for the Steelers now.

"We see now that our offense is really good, our defense has come along, and special teams is doing what they need to do to put us in a good position, too," Foster said. "So, it's exciting so far. These next few games are going to be really exciting, I think. They're all AFC games, and we've got to put ourselves in that position to make it into the playoffs."

When asked what the key will be to thriving on the road, Foster said that it's all about taking control of the crowd.

"Make it a home crowd; that's exactly what we have to do," Foster said. "We've got to take over the crowd and let the crowd noise not be a problem. That's one of our biggest things on the road. I'm okay with being on the road, and I think my teammates are too. We've just got to handle business."

Still, as focused as the Steelers will be on getting the win, will Foster and his teammates be looking to get back at Bengals LB Vontaze Burfict after the drama involving Burfict and Le'Veon Bell from earlier this season?

"The first point is winning the game," Foster said. "We've got to get that done first. They're ahead in the AFC North right now. But definitely, this game will be one that we've all been looking forward to."

Foster joins The Fan Morning Show every Tuesday at 8:03 a.m.
