Kennywood Flooded During Afternoon Storm

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Monday's rain storm put a damper on some summer fun.

When the rain moved in, Kennywood tweeted that it would close at 5 p.m. due to the weather.

And shortly after the storm hit, the tunnel entrance to the park became flooded. The park attendee who captured the flood on video says people weren't able to leave for about 15 minutes.

The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra also had to move its Three Rivers Arts Festival performance indoors.

It was moved to Heinz Hall.

The free concert started at 7:30 p.m.
