Wigle Whiskey's Old Jamaican

  • 1 1/2 oz Wigle Landlocked Rum
  • 3/4 oz sugar cane syrup
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 6 mint leaves, muddled
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • top with champagne

Gently muddle with with sugar syrup, then add remaining ingredients (save the champagne) into the shaker tin. Vigorously shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a sprig of mint.
