Wigle Whiskey's Peach Whiskey Smash

  • 2 oz Wigle Organic Monongahela Rye Whiskey
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ Chambersburg peach, muddled
  • 8 mint leaves
  • crushed ice

Muddle the peach with the simple syrup until fully pulverized. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Fine-strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a peach slice and mint sprig.
