Wigle Whiskey Mint Julep

  • 2 oz Wigle Organic Allegheny Wheat Whiskey
  • ½ oz demerara sugar syrup
  • 10-12 mint leaves
  • Crushed ice

Gently muddle the mint with the syrup to press out all the mint oil.

Add the whiskey and stir.

Fill julep cup with crushed ice and garnish with a big hearty mint sprig.
