Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Cutting Staff And Salaries

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra is planning to cut staff and salaries.

According to PSO, they say they have lost more than $5 million since March due to canceling 115 concerts and events.

Musicians have agreed to a 25% pay cut over the next two seasons.

Open positions with the symphony will remain vacant.

They have also laid off some full-time staff or had hours cut.
