Report: PPG Receives Final Approval To Buy Finnish Paints Company

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - PPG has received final approval for a massive acquisition.

According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Russian regulators have approved a deal for PPG to purchase Finnish paints company Tikkurila for $1.8 billion.

It is the largest acquisition by PPG since late last year.
