Police: Woman Broke In, Stole Jewelry From Scott Twp. Home

SCOTT TWP. (KDKA) -- A woman is behind bars, accused of breaking into a Scott Township home and stealing.

Police say Rhonda Lynn Eppinger, 36, forced entry into a home on Harlansburg Road and stole jewelry, which she later sold at a local business.

Officers say she did this twice, once in late February and then again on March 2.

Eppinger is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

She is being held on $50,000 bond.
