Police Seeking Would-Be Robber Who Failed To Scare Motorist

UNIONTOWN (AP) - State police are asking for the public's help in finding a rather unimpressive robbery suspect.

Troopers from Uniontown on Tuesday say they still haven't been able to find a man who tried to rob a motorist outside the Kwik Fill station on U.S. Route 40 in North Union Township back on April 4.

Police say the black man was wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt with a camouflage bandanna covering his face when he stuck his hands in his pockets at though he had a gun and said, "Give me all the money now!"

The target didn't take the threat seriously and said, "Really?" before continuing to pump gas.

The startled suspect then ran away.

Police say he's about 5-foot-9 with a thin build and dark eyes.
