Police Seek Suspect In South Side Starbucks Robbery

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are looking for a suspect following an early morning robbery at a Starbucks on the South Side.

It happened around 6:45 p.m. in the 1400-block of East Carson Street.

According to police, the suspect acted like he had a gun and may be connected to several other robberies in the city of Pittsburgh.

He is described as a dark-skinned African American male, about 5-feet-6-inches tall and had a mustache.

He was last seen wearing matching navy blue sweatpants and a sweatshirt.

Police say he took off with an undetermined amount of money that included several rolls of coins.

He got away on foot, toward the South Side Slopes near 16th Street.
