Police Seek Help Identifying Aliquippa Bank Robbery Suspect

ALIQUIPPA (KDKA) – Police are asking for the public's help to identify a bank robbery suspect in Beaver County.

According to police, the incident happened at the Citizens Bank on 22nd Street in Aliquippa on Aug. 26.

The suspect entered the bank, approached a teller and handed them a note demanding money. The note also stated that tellers would be shot if the panic button was pressed.

At that time, the suspect reached across the counter and stole money from a deposit the teller was working on.

The suspect is described as being a white male with a light beard and wearing a green, hooded-sweatshirt with a white baseball cap and blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Aliquippa Police.
