Police Searching For Suspected Bank Robber

EDGEWOOD (KDKA) -- Police are searching for a man who allegedly robbed an Edgewood bank Monday.

Allegheny County Police say they have obtained an arrest warrant for 44-year-old Christopher Gregg of Verona in connection to a bank robbery that occurred on Monday.

Police say the robbery took place around 1 p.m. at the First Commonwealth Bank on South Braddock Avenue. He gave the teller a note demanding money and kept his hand in his pocket to imply he had a weapon. Earlier this week, police said the suspect was last seen walking toward a parking area near the back of the bank.
