77-Year-Old Ruby Hopson Safely Located After Being Reported Missing

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- 77-year-old Ruby Hopson was safely located after being reported missing on Monday morning.
Police reported Hopson was missing from Youngstown, Ohio and was thought to be at risk of harm or injury.
Early Tuesday morning, Pa. State Police said that Hopson had been safely located.
