Police Looking For Missing Teen Who Is Mentally Handicapped

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are searching for a missing Pittsburgh teenager.

According to Pittsburgh Police, 17-year-old Vance Meinhart-McBurney has the mental capacity of a 6-year-old.

He was last seen in the city's Greenfield section around 10 a.m. and there is growing concern about his well-being.

Meinhart-McBurney is described as a light-skinned African American male, five-feet-five-inches tall, 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

He was wearing a light blue tee-shirt, plaid pajamas in the colors of blue, black and orange, and gray high-top sneakers.

Anyone who has seen Meinhart-McBurney is being asked to call 911 or the Pittsburgh Police Missing Persons Office at 412-323-7141.
