Police Investigating Early-Morning Stabbing in Uptown

UPTOWN (KDKA)- Pittsburgh Police are investigating a stabbing early Friday morning in Uptown.

Police say a man was stabbed outside of the Jubilee Kitchen along Wyandotte Street, at the border of the Crawford-Roberts, West Oakland and Bluff neighborhoods.

Witnesses say the suspect ran from the scene and was followed by another man and a woman. Police say the stabbing suspect fled toward Duraud Street andhe has not been located.

 

The victim, a 51 year old man, was stabbed in the right side during the altercation. Medics rushed the victim to UPMC Mercy where he is in stable condition.

Police say the victim is not cooperating with the investigation.
