One person was shot in a home on McFarland Drive on Tuesday night. Penn Hills Police Chief Ronald Como said someone shot through a basement window in the back of the home and hit the victim.

Several people were inside the house, according to the authorities. Police believe the 20-year-old victim was targeted in a drive-by shooting.

Police say the victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.

Police said they are looking for three suspects who took off in a vehicle after the shooting. So far, no arrests have been made.
