Police Investigating Deadly Shooting In Latrobe
LATROBE (KDKA)- Police are looking into an early morning deadly shooting in Westmoreland County.
Police were called to the 400 block of St. Clair Street in Latrobe around 12:30 a.m.
When police arrived, they found a man who had been shot in the stomach. He was rushed to Latrobe Hospital and then flown to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Daniel McNerny.
So far, no arrests have been made in the case.
Police had part of St. Clair Street blocked off for nearly three hours this morning while they investigated.
An autopsy is planned for McNerny.
