Police Arrest Suspect In Case Of Woman Shot In The Head And Killed In Carrick

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pittsburgh Police have made an arrest after a woman was shot in the head and killed in the city's Carrick neighborhood.

Donte Moss, a 41-year-old man from Pittsburgh, was arrested in connection to the shooting.

He is currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail on charges of criminal homicide and three other charges.

Police say the woman was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head along Linnview Avenue just after 12:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.

The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Nalene Harrell.
