Police: Drunk Man Arrested After Barking At Police Dog

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A Washington County man was arrested this weekend after police say he barked at a police K-9 and antagonized it, while drunk.

According to the Observer-Reporter, 23-year-old Bradley Bly was arrested after barking at the dog while out at 1:45 a.m. near California University of Pennsylvania Saturday night.

Police say the dog was in a marked car, near Second and Wood streets, when it started barking and Bly and others who were crossing the street. Bly then started barking back, causing the dog to get worked up, according to the newspaper.

Bly was charged on multiple counts, including public drunkenness and cruelty to animals.

The Observer-Reporter states Bly was released from jail on a $15,000 bond.
