Police Continue Search For Missing North Braddock Man With Dementia

NORTH BRADDOCK (KDKA) -- Allegheny County Police are asking for help from the public in a renewed search for a North Braddock man who disappeared back in June.

According to police, 77-year-old Donald Champion suffers from dementia, diabetes and COPD.

He was reported missing on June 2 by his family.

He was last seen by a neighbor between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. at the Shady Park apartment building on Lobinger Avenue.

Police say Champion was wearing a blue suede jacket, blue jeans, a red, white and blue sweater and a Steelers ball cap. He's 5-foot-6-inches tall and 130 pounds.

Allegheny County Police are now investigating his disappearance.
