1 Person Arrested, 2 Injured After Police Chase Ends With Crash On I-79

HOUSTON, Pa. (KDKA) - One person was arrested and two others were injured after a police chase ended with a crash in Washington County.
State police say the chase started in Allegheny County when an allegedly stolen vehicle, a black KIA SUV, headed onto I-79 south.
The SUV was driving "erratically," police say, weaving in and out of traffic and posing a threat to other vehicles.
Police say the stolen vehicle crossed the grassy median before entering the northbound lanes and crashing into another vehicle.
The driver was arrested and state police say multiple charges are pending. There were three female passengers inside the car.
A total of three vehicles were involved. Two vehicles were towed from the scene and two people had minor injuries, police say.
