Police, Bomb Squad Investigate Suspicious Packages At Murrysville Post Office

MURRYSVILLE (KDKA) -- Police and the bomb squad investigated reports of suspicious packages at a post office in Westmoreland County Tuesday evening.

According to emergency dispatchers, authorities were first called to the Murrysville Post Office on Priority Lane around 4:30 p.m.

No injuries were reported.

According to the Pittsburgh Tribune Review, investigators blocked the entrance to the facility for several hours while the investigation was conducted.

Nothing has turned out to be dangerous.
