Police Arrest Man For Bloomfield Drug Dealing

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police have arrested a man in Bloomfield on intent-to-deliver drug possession charges.

Police say they began investigating after receiving complaints about drug dealing on Edmond Street. During the investigation, they observed 41-year-old Gregory Galvez selling drugs to an individual.

Galvez then got into his vehicle and began to drive away. Police say his license was suspended at the time. They recovered the remains of a marijuana joint and two bundles of heroin from his car and $230 and a cell phone from Galvez.

Police then searched his home and found three bricks of heroin and a small amount of marijuana.

Galvez was sent to the Allegheny County Jail. He is facing multiple drug-related charges, including possession with intent to deliver. He is also being charged for driving with a suspended license.
