PNC Facing Potential Class Action Lawsuit In California

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - PNC Bank is potentially facing a class-action lawsuit over the Paycheck Protection Program in the CARES Act.
According to the plaintiffs in California, PNC showed preferential treatment to bigger loan applications, which collected PNC bigger fees, in violation of California law.
PNC would only say that they are focused on supporting customers by helping them process and register for small business loans.
