Pittsburgh Westinghouse Football Players And Coaches Quarantining Until Sept. 8

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pittsburgh Westinghouse football is being sidelined for a week due to COVID-19.

In a release on Thursday, Pittsburgh Public Schools said players and coaches need to quarantine until Sept. 8 after a team member tested positive for COVID-19. Friday's against Kirtland High School has been canceled.

The district said the player was last with the team on Aug. 28, when the team played Seton LaSalle Catholic High School.
