Pittsburgh Weather: Work Week Starting Out Bright And Sunny

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Quiet conditions and mainly clear skies will take us through Monday night.

We will start Tuesday with that same clear setup, however, later in the day, look for increasing clouds and small chances for a spotty shower or two.

Same deal, Wednesday. While will be just a bit cooler, but still pleasant, there will be a small chance of a quick shower early in the day and late in the day. The majority of Wednesday will be dry, though.

Thursday and Friday will be where this week's best rain and thunderstorm chances fall. Storms will be scattered around for the end of the work week, but will likely clear by the time we get to Saturday. This means the Mother's Day weekend will start dry.

On Mother's Day, though, a few showers look to be eyeing a visit to town.
