PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Thursday looks to be the warmest day, so far, of 2019.

We have much warmer air building into the area, ahead of the next disturbance, and this air could take us up to 80 degrees. Dry conditions will accompany the warm up, however neither will stick around too long.

Friday, showers and thunderstorms return as a cold front nudges into the area. This is a slow-moving system, so this cold front will keep the atmosphere agitated and cooler into the weekend. This means wet conditions from the start to end of Passover.

Showers will wrap up early Easter Sunday with some peeks of sunshine for the afternoon. Warmer temperatures and sunshine will take over, again, next week.
