Pittsburgh Weather: Temperature Swings, Rain Chances, And Previewing The Marathon Weekend Forecast

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Showers will continue to exit the area Tuesday evening, so plan on mainly dry conditions for the night.

A warm front lifts across the region Wednesday, bringing what will likely be the warmest temperatures we have seen in 2019. Look for highs around 80 degrees both Wednesday and Thursday. Most of Wednesday will be dry, too. Late Wednesday, though, showers and storms start to stream into the area.

Another disturbance will bring another round of those showers and storms Thursday.

This unsettled pattern will take us into Friday and Saturday, too.

High pressure looks to rescue the area, just in time of the Marathon on Sunday. The temperatures will be quite comfortable for a run, too.
