We're seeing snow and, in some spots to the south and southeast, still some freezing rain and sleet mixing and alternating with snow.

Those areas will transition over to all snow through the evening as temperatures drop through the evening, and with the precipitation helping to cool the air further.

We'll likely see a lull in snowfall in some areas for a couple of hours late this evening as dry air noses northward.

The low will then wrap more moisture around into the cold air after midnight and through the morning which will cause snow to resume and become heavy at times.

The heaviest bands of snow could have 1-2" per hour falling and will most likely be east of I-79 into eastern Ohio and north of Pittsburgh.

Snow will start to taper off through mid to late morning Monday with residual snow showers sticking around in spots through Monday evening.

Bring those pets in, friends! If it's cold for you, it's cold for them!
