Pittsburgh Public Schools Board Votes To Raise Property Taxes

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Taxes are going up in Pittsburgh.

The Pittsburgh Public Schools board voted to authorize a 3 percent property tax increase. It will bring in an extra $5 million next year.

For taxpayers, you will pay an extra $30 for every $100,000 your property is assessed at.
