Pittsburgh Public Schools Developing COVID-19 Vaccination Plan

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Pittsburgh Public Schools are working on a plan to vaccinate teachers against COVID-19.

The district says it's working with the state, UPMC, and Children's Hospital to be included in Phase 1-B.

All staff and school bus drivers who wish to be vaccinated would receive one.

The district hopes that vaccinations will allow for in-person classes to resume.
