Pittsburgh Mass Mob Meets At St. Therese Of Lisieux

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The Pittsburgh Mass Mob is a group that studies the history and beauty of our area's Catholic churches.

They visited St. Therese of Lisieux in Munhall Sunday morning.

They helped the church celebrate the end of their Novena, which is nine days of special prayers for the patron Saint Therese.

After the mass, there was a procession outside.

"It's to give honor to the great St. Therese and also to tug on her clothing and say 'please help us out down here,'" said Father Terry O'Connor.

The Pittsburgh Mass Mob meets at a different Catholic church every month.
