Pittsburgh Man Wins Gold Medal At 2021 CrossFit Games

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A local man has proven he's one of the best athletes in the country.

Brett Horchar, who is from West Deer, took home the gold medal at this year's CrossFit Games in the Adaptive Athletes Division.
Brett was diagnosed with MS in 2018 and continued to train for the games, as well as inspire others at CMX Athletics in Gibsonia.
In his post on Instagram, Brett says he hopes he can continue to inspire other adaptive athletes.
