Pittsburgh Foundation Holding Day Of Giving On Tuesday
The Pittsburgh Foundation is holding its annual Day of Giving program on Tuesday, May 3.
The program has raised more than $40 million for non-profits.
The day-long event includes Allegheny, Butler and Westmoreland counties.
In a statement, the Foundation's President and CEO Maxwell King said: "When we first launched our local Day of Giving in 2009, none of us envisioned the success it would have, not only here in Pittsburgh but also in serving as a model for other community foundations across the country."
