Pitt Receives Commitment From Ohio Defensive End

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Panthers head coach Pat Narduzzi was given his eighth commitment from the class of 2016 when 6-foot-6, 250-pound defensive end Bryce Hargrove announced he would attend Pitt live on Cleveland.com Friday.

Hargrove, who attends Coventry High School in Akron, is unranked by Rivals.com.

His best offers came from Pitt, Cincinnati and Rutgers.

Rashad Wheeler, a standout defensive tackle from Pittsburgh Central Catholic, could be the next senior to commit to the Panthers.

His decision day is set for Aug. 10, and he will reportedly announce between Pitt, Maryland and West Virginia live on KDKA-TV.
