Pitt Basketball Signs 2 To National Letter Of Intent

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Pitt men's basketball has signed two new players to a national letter of intent.

The team signed center Rozelle Nix of Cincinnati, Ohio and guard Damon Wilson of Powder Springs, Ga. in the letter.

Nix is a 7-foot, 318-pound Pensacola State Junior College sophomore. He will start at Pitt in his junior year.

Wilson is a 6-foot-5-inch, 200-pound high school senior at Our Savior New American in New York.

"We are extremely excited about Rozelle and Damon," said coach Jamie Dixon. "Both are good players from winning backgrounds and both have outstanding work ethic."

The NCAA Division I signing period ends Nov. 19.
