Pirates Place Pitcher Richard Rodriguez On Paternity List

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Pirates have placed right-handed pitcher on the paternity list.

In a corresponding move, pitcher Parker Markel has been recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis.

Markel has gone 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA in three innings during two relief appearances.

He was claimed off waivers in July from the Seattle Mariners.
