Pirates 3B Ramirez Leaves Game With Groin Tightness

DENVER (AP) - Pittsburgh Pirates third baseman Aramis Ramirez has left Tuesday's game against the Colorado Rockies with tightness in his left groin.

Ramirez had an RBI triple and scored in the fourth inning. He played the field the next two innings and started an inning-ending double play in the fifth.

Neil Walker pinch-hit for Ramirez in the top of the sixth.

Ramirez, acquired from Milwaukee on July 23, is hitting .252 with six home runs this season.
