Pa. House Speaker Rep. Bryan Cutler Tests Positive For COVID-19

HARRISBURG (KDKA) - Pennsylvania's House Speaker has tested positive for COVID-19.

Republican Bryan Cutler has been quarantining since Monday, after learning he was exposed to someone with the virus.

Speaker Cutler says that his exposure did not occur when he was in the state Capitol.
