PennDOT Relaunches Paint The Plow

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - PennDOT is bringing its Paint the Plow competition back to the Pittsburgh area.

This year, plows were designed from local schools, including Montour, Beaver Falls and Neshannock high schools, along with Forbes Road Career and Technology Center.
