Penn State Fires Offensive Coordinator John Donovan

PENN STATE (KDKA)- Effective immediately, Penn State Offensive Coordinator John Donovan has been relieved of his duties, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Head Coach James Franklin announced his firing this afternoon in a statement.

Donovan coached with Franklin at Vanderbilt, before coming to Penn State in January of 2014. The Nittany Lions will begin their search for a new offensive coordinator on Monday.
