Penn Hills School District Won't Raise Taxes, Will Refinance Bond

PENN HILLS (KDKA) -- The Penn Hills School Board has voted to not increase taxes.

A seven-percent tax increase was proposed but the board voted against the proposal.

According to board president Erin Vecchio, the district will refinance a bond.
