Penguins Defenseman Brian Dumoulin Undergoes Ankle Surgery; Out For 8 Weeks

PITTSBURGH (KDKA)--The Pittsburgh Penguins say defenseman Brian Dumoulin underwent successful ankle surgery at UPMC Presbyterian Sunday.

Dumoulin, who was injured during Saturday night's game against the St. Louis Blues, had surgery to repair lacerated tendons in his left ankle.

He is expected to be sidelined for a minimum of eight weeks.
