Penguins Host Buffalo Sabres In 2019-2020 Home Opener

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- When the Pens take the ice at PPG Paints Arena for the first time in 2019-20 regular season, their opponent will be the Buffalo Sabres.
The game is scheduled for Thursday, October 3.
It's the third time in team history the Sabres were the Penguins first home opponent. Most recently they defeated Buffalo 8-3 in their 1987-88 home opener.
The rest of the Penguins schedule will be released Tuesday, June 25.
