Parents Accused Of Locking Children In Dog Cage

HUNTINGDON COUNTY (KDKA) -- Two adults are accused of locking their children in dog cages last month in Wood Township.

State police say around 9 p.m. on June 19, they received a call about a juvenile who was refusing to return home.

When police investigated the case further, they say they discovered that 34-year-old Linda Chamberlain and 36-year-old Nicholas Chamberlain had placed their three children -- ages 6, 10 and 13 -- in a dog cage in their cellar as a form of punishment.
