Pa. Residents Report Shocking Electric Bills
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Pennsylvanians all across the state have been opening their electric bills and discovering that the amount they owe has doubled, tripled or even quadrupled since previous months.
State Rep. Rob Matzie, D-Beaver/Allegheny, sent a letter to Attorney General Kathleen Kane today expressing his concerns for individuals who have entered into variable rate contracts with competitive generation suppliers and are now receiving unusually high electric utility bills.
